• No service charges to replace orings, check valve internals, cleaning module internals, baskets, pressure gauges, air reliefs, pump lids or cleaner repair. Only parts will be invoiced. 

• No charge to clean salt cell

• Each Visit Service Protocol: Visually inspect filter psi & water flow, inspect pumps functionality and clean basket, empty skimmer basket, empty in-line debris canisters, clean in-floor debris screens, brush tile/waterline, brush walls, steps and benches, leaf rake bottom debris, skim surface debris, check vacuum/in-floor functionality, check water chemistry, balance water chemistry and record service visit along with dosages, readings, pictures and any issues found to be sent via email.

• As Needed Tasks: O-ring lubrication, salt cell cleaning, time clock adjustment, vacuuming, sand/d.e. filter backwashing, heater functionality (every quarter), full water analysis (twice a year).
